If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged for 50% of your booked services.If you no-show, you will be billed for the 50% amount of your missed appointment.

Missing your appointment is not a break in the day for us, it's a pay cut.If you are more than 10 minutes late, your visit will be shortened or cancelled as a no-show at the discretion of your service provider.If you fail to pay for your no-show fee, you will not be allowed to book or receive any services at the salon until you pay your balance.NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

>> If you are confused call us. if you book the wrong service you will be call to reschedule and you willbe paying 50% for booking the wrong service as your technician will have no client.

>> If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, been around anyone with symptoms, or near anyone that has tested positive, please stay home.And you cancel within the 24 hour window, you still be charged for 50% of your booked services.

>> The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy.If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account.As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

>> Please do not bring any additional Guests to your appointment. The waitting room not available
